We will mutually agree on a listing fee.  Jacky and Bryan realize the lower listing fee offered by a discount broker is appealing, but selling real estate in Hawai’i is a complex transaction and the saying, “You get what you pay for” often applies here.

Both Jacky and Bryan have significant experience with contract negotiations.

Over her 17 year career in real estate, Jacky has represented both Buyers and Sellers in varying market conditions and therefore knows how to pivot and position her clients to reach the most successful outcome in any market. Although she is equipped to negotiate any transaction she spent the majority of her years representing sellers of distressed properties whether it be banks, asset management companies, or sellers amidst financial hardship. In 2008 she joined a large high volume REO team in which she transacted and closed over 300 bank owned properties. She then became a Short Sale Negotiator in 2012, and only 3 years later she became the Senior Negotiator for the entire brokerage, still holding that title today. Jacky has currently closed over 200 short sales helping hundreds of families get out from under the weight of life’s unexpected financial hardships. Jacky’s experience and notable ability to handle highly stressful and sensitive transactions sets her apart from other agents. 

For Bryan, he has owned several businesses and has also personally bought and sold real estate over the years. Rather than attend a course to learn negotiation skills, he has significant “street” experience negotiating a wide variety of contracts. Each situation is unique and he enjoys looking for the subtle nuances (it seems sometimes missed by others) in order to gain leverage for his clients and achieve a successful outcome for them.

Yes, we have excellent stagers and interior designers that we work with. Depending on the circumstances, we may pay to have your home staged or have a staging consultant advise you on how to best prepare your home for sale.
